The Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, has approved the change in the name of the company from "The Dharamsi Morarji Chemical Company Limited" to "DMCC Speciality Chemicals Limited" w.e.f. October 12, 2022.
The Registrar has issued a fresh certificate of incorporation pursuant to the change of name dated October 12, 2022.
With this, the new name of the Company now stands to be DMCC Speciality Chemicals Limited.
