Crisil upgrades Aether Industries’ credit ratings for Rs. 636 crore bank facilities
Surat-based specialty chemical manufacturer Aether Industries Limited announced that Crisil Ratings Limited assigned its CRISIL AA-/Stable/CRISIL A1+ ratings to bank loan facilities totaling Rs. 636 crore. The ratings reflect the strong market position of AIL in the speciality chemicals industry, its large product portfolio and customer base, and experienced management. The ratings also factor in the healthy operating margin and strong financial risk profile of the company because of low leverage, adequate debt protection metrics and strong liquidity. These strengths are partially offset by susceptibility to volatility in raw material prices and working capital-intensive operations.
Inox Green Energy launches QIP with floor price of Rs. 174.36 per share
Inox Green Energy Services Limited officially launched its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) on 24 September 2026. The company's Operations Committee approved a floor price of Rs. 174.36 per equity share, which complies with the pricing formula mandated under the SEBI ICDR Regulations. The company aims to raise a base amount of Rs. 300 crore, with a green-shoe or upsize option to expand the total issue size to Rs. 400 crore based on institutional demand.
Himadri subsidiary Trancemarine sells 34% stake in Sturdy Niketan
Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd. has announced that its direct subsidiary, Trancemarine and Confreight Logistics Private Limited, has executed a definitive agreement to divest a 34% equity stake in its step-down subsidiary, Sturdy Niketan Private Limited. After selling part of its stake, Trancemarine still owns 65% of Sturdy, keeping both as non-material subsidiaries of Himadri Speciality Chemical.
Primo Chemicals signs 5-year hydrogen gas supply agreement with National Fertilizers
Chemical manufacturer Primo Chemicals Limited announced the execution of a commercial supply agreement with state-owned fertilizer producer National Fertilizers Limited (NFL).
Under the terms of the agreement, Primo Chemicals will supply hydrogen gas directly to NFL via a dedicated pipeline for an initial period of 5 years from the effective date, with provision for further extension based on mutual agreement between both companies.
