INEOS has today been announced as an Official Sponsor of Rugby World Cup 2021 (playing in 2022), adding to its unique sports performance portfolio including New Zealand Rugby’s (NZR) seven Teams in Black.

INEOS brings together some of the best minds and talent in global sport including Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team; INEOS Grenadiers cycling team; INEOS Britannia sailing team; Eliud Kipchoge and running team; football clubs OGC Nice and FC Lausanne-Sport and NZR’s Teams in Black. Working together, the teams are able to unlock performance gains to support their ambitions on the track, road, water and pitch helping extraordinary athletes achieve extraordinary things.

Rugby World Cup 2021 is taking place in New Zealand from 8 October to 12 November, the first time the pinnacle event has been staged in the Southern Hemisphere. It’s the biggest global event in women’s 15s rugby and will be contested by the top 12 teams in the world at three match venues – Eden Park, Waitākere Stadium and Northland Events Centre.
